Cancellation Policy
We're so excited to have you at our salon! To ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and our team, please take a moment to review our booking policies.
✨Cancellations✨
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation and 100% No-Show fee.
Please call during business hours to notify if you need to make any changes.
✨Tardiness✨
We understand that life happens! To respect everyone's time, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the appointment will be marked as a no-show.
✨No-Shows✨
If you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, we'll need to charge the full service amount to the card on file. A no-show is defined as a client who misses their scheduled appointment by more than 15 minutes without prior notice or consent.
